Strengthens focus on commercial real estate

Næringsmegleren AS and Njord Group AS enter into a strategic partnership that will strengthen the focus on commercial real estate in Agder and further growth in Southern Norway. Through the partnership, Næringsmegleren gains a strong strategic partner in Njord Group – a group that brings together several specialized companies with a common value base and long-term focus.

The business broker: local specialist with big ambitions
Næringsmegleren AS was established in 2001 and is the largest real estate agent in Southern Norway that focuses exclusively on commercial property. With deep local knowledge, solid professional expertise and a broad network in the business community, Næringsmegleren will continue to contribute to value creation.

Njord Group: long-term and competence-oriented
Njord Group AS is part of the Glastad Group. Njord builds businesses through active and long-term ownership, and consists of several specialized companies that each operate with independence and professional weight.

Continuing as before – but stronger
All employees of Næringsmegleren will continue as before, and the company will retain its name, management and clear local focus. Njord will enter with 51 percent ownership, while the five existing partners will continue with equal ownership shares as before.

The commercial broker wants to grow further and is therefore looking for more skilled employees. With Njord as a strategic partner, the company will gain a broader network, both locally and nationally, which is particularly important in relation to larger transactions - where national players may previously have had an advantage.
