The commercial broker buys Valør Eiendom

Næringsmegleren AS further strengthens its position by acquiring the company Valør Eiendom AS.

The acquisition is part of Næringsmegleren's growth strategy. In the fall, Næringsmegleren became part of Njord, a group of independent specialized businesses within asset management, financing solutions, alternative investments, real estate, accounting and shipping.

– This is part of the strategic development that is now taking place at Næringsmegleren. After Njord bought into the company, we set ourselves new ambitious goals. We are now building an even stronger team to be well equipped in all our areas – from advice, analysis and valuation to sales and rentals within commercial property, says Unni Mesel, CEO of Næringsmegleren.

Strengthens focus on analysis and valuation
Valør's models and principles, together with Næringsmegleren's market knowledge, make it possible to offer services at a new level.

– With Valør's tools, we will be able to deliver analyses and valuations that provide real added value for our customers. At the same time, we are bringing a valuable resource with us in founder Sondre Skavern, who, after many years as a senior analyst and project manager at Malling, is now bringing his expertise to Southern Norway and becoming part of Næringsmegleren, says Unni.

Sondre also brings his REV certification. REV is the highest quality seal for valuation in the EU and helps to further strengthen Næringsmegleren's professional weight in the valuation of commercial property.
